Rabalais Counseling Services offers compassionate, evidence-based mental health support for children, adolescents, and families. Services are designed to meet each client where they are, focusing on emotional growth, skill-building, and strengthening relationships. Care is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in creating meaningful, lasting change.

  • We primarily serve children ages 6 through adolescents up to 18 as they navigate growth, change, and important life transitions. We understand that every situation is unique and may consider exceptions to this age range on a case-by-case basis.

  • Individual counseling provides children and adolescents with a supportive, one-on-one space to explore emotions, build coping skills, and develop confidence. Sessions are tailored to each client’s unique needs and may focus on emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, and social challenges. Through evidence-based approaches and age-appropriate strategies, individual counseling helps young people strengthen resilience, improve communication, and gain tools they can use both in and out of session.

  • Parenting support focuses on empowering parents with practical tools, education, and strategies to better understand and connect with their children. Rather than working against behaviors, we help parents learn how to work with their child’s individual needs, temperament, and strengths. Through collaboration, skill-building, and guidance, parents gain confidence in responding effectively, strengthening relationships, and supporting their child’s emotional growth at home and beyond.

  • Jessica Rabalais, LCSW-BACS, offers clinical supervision for provisionally licensed social workers in Louisiana. Supervision is supportive, ethical, and growth-oriented, providing a collaborative space to build clinical skills, strengthen professional identity, and navigate licensure requirements with confidence. Supervision emphasizes reflective practice, competence, and long-term success in the field of social work.
