Jessica Rabalais, LCSW-BACS, ADHD-CCSP
Jessica Rabalais, LCSW‑BACS, ADHD-CCSP, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 17 years of experience supporting children and families. Throughout her career, she has worked across a wide range of social work roles, but her greatest passion has always remained the same—helping children thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.
Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern Indiana, specializing in School Social Work. She is also an ADHD Clinically Certified Services Provider, bringing both professional expertise and personal insight to her work with children and families affected by ADHD.
Jessica’s dedication to ADHD support grew even stronger when her husband and both of her children were diagnosed. As she navigated their challenges, she began implementing practical systems and strategies at home to help daily life run more smoothly. When she later pursued her ADHD‑CCSP certification, she discovered that many of the evidence‑based tools she was learning were the same ones she had already been using with her own family. Today, she uses that blend of lived experience and clinical training to empower children and families facing the unique challenges of ADHD.
Outside of her practice, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their two dogs. She loves reading, baking, and crafting—activities that bring creativity and joy into her everyday life.
